Redefine the grammar of space

As you enter the house, you’ll notice a partition that creates an optical spatial cone with a rough concrete staircase serving as a vertical distributive element across all three floors. Moving forward, you’ll see that the entire house is one ample open space organised into various areas rather than individual quarters. There are no separated rooms but areas that seamlessly extend and transform as you move through them.
The ground floor includes a living area, dining area, and kitchen with a courtyard garden view. The first floor features the main bedroom, study, and walk-in wardrobe. Finally, the basement has an impressive hallway and two bedrooms. On the three floors, the house’s aesthetic is defined by light, colours, and materials rather than distinct lines and boundaries.

The wood floor was crucial to create consistency
