250 square meters between the brown shades of the wood and the grey of the stone

A townhouse equipped with all the comforts, but at the same time young and fresh. We are in the center of Florence, a space that was originally used as a workshop of a silk factory and only later converted for residential purposes. The loft is characterized by a gabled roof with brown metallic trusses supporting it, by large and bright spaces thanks to the skylight , the terrace and the big windows.

L'idée de l'espace

The project was mainly an aesthetic requalification, a way to revalue the place, introducing new elements and changing others.

The unifying element of the entire flat? The floor, a choice without fail made by the owner who wanted a dark wooden floor, wide in size and, above all, treated with natural oils.
