A paddock in teak
Designed by arch. Ulisse MarcolliVarese, Italy
On the hills of Varese, in a family estate of 40.000 mq stands a villa from the 20s recently renovated. The Villa is quite eccentric, one of a kind. To welcome you at the entrance there are some historic racing bikes, nearby there is a table and instead of normal chairs you'll find Ferrari seats. Through some potholes in the hallway you can see the pool, a great eye-catcher.
A special attention was paid to the materials: only high-quality stone and wood, that can resist passing of people, time and trends.
Warm and elegant, the teak floor is a proper piece of furniture. Fiemme Tremila’s teak is laid for almost 700 mq. It is a precious essence, but still resistant and that’s why it was possible to use it also for such a humid place as the indoor pool.
