Inspirations

In Brianza area, a 1960s villa has been revived, dressed entirely in black & white.

The villa, which covers an area of about 400 square meters, was built in the 1960s and has three floors. Recently, its interior underwent a complete renovation, giving it a fresh look and a new ambience. The project focused on interior design, where the original room layout was maintained but reimagined from a chromatic and aesthetic perspective.

Ideas of living

Upon entering, the intense light you first see creates a revelatory effect. This is due to the large wall windows and the use of white on furniture and walls.
Used as a contrast, black creates a visual yin and yang in the designer’s signature style. He enjoys sharp contrasts between the dark floor and the highly bright environment.

A black floor is never a dull choice. In this case, it results from an in-depth discussion between the designer and the client.

The knot-free Charcoal grey Oak was laid in a floating, staggered parallel pattern, also used on the stairs, to create a colour harmony on every horizontal surface of the villa.

The colour is tailor-made: a privilege of the collection Bottega of Fiemme Tremila.
