In the Heart of London
Designed by Costantina TsoutsikoumLondon
The streets of London just south of Buckingham Palace, part of the distinguished neighbourhood of Westminster, have undergone considerable urban transformation in recent years. Old buildings were demolished, respecting the strict restrictions that protect this area's cultural and historical importance, to make way for buildings that combine classical and modern designs with functional interior structures. In one of the most prestigious buildings, less than a hundred metres from the residence of Queen Elizabeth II, a well-known Russian entrepreneur has made the decision to reside with his spouse and two children. The family opted for a 250 square metre flat with a spacious terrace of over 60 square metres, which offers a panoramic view of London's historical and political centre.
The flat was a rough diamond. It needed customisation to become luxurious, unique, and family-friendly. The client turned to FK Project Management, a company specialising in luxury residential renovations. The result? A beautiful and elegantly designed space, created with biocompatible materials in an international project inspired by Italian style. That’s why Fiemme Tremila wood was chosen. It guarantees quality, healthiness, and elegance in every part of the house.
That’s how Boschi di Fiemme has also put down roots in England. The essence Titanio was chosen from its homonymous range. A knotty oak with a brushing finish that, through the play of grey and brown hues, creates colour uniformity, only with slight tone variations due solely to natural oxidation and a textured rippled surface. An elegant floor, carefully chosen after three meetings with the designer in charge of the project, Costantina Tsoutsikoum, collaborating with Luxurious Italian Furnishings.
