A tale of wood and marble

The apartment has undergone a full renovation process. The whole project was created and its realisation followed by the owners. The first aspect that catches the eye of those who enter is highly scenographic: the chevron laying on large modules creates a spectacular and memorable sight.

The intense brightness guaranteed by the large windows enhances the rich grains of the knotty brushed Terraccesa Essence. The result is almost a two-tone effect: the perception is of two shades side by side, almost two different woods that alternate on the large surfaces of the living space. 
The kitchen table, in the same wood that is used for the floors, creates maximum material and chromatic consistency between the horizontal surfaces of the environment. In the bedrooms, the same wood was lined in parallel planks, giving life to a much more cosy, intimate, visual effect, as befits this area of the house. In the bathroom of the sleeping space, Terraccesa was also used to clad the walls, creating with the marble of the washbasin a set of natural and visually moving vertical surfaces. The love for wood is also shown in the sauna, a space dedicated to well-being and natural relaxation, in full harmony with the philosophy of the house and of its three residents.
