Inspirations

A house rich of details, so valuable and balanced. Two creative personalities, an architect and an art expert. The demonstration that diffent ideas can merge perfectly

Relax, comfort and green all around. Stone, wood, wide windows, a lawn inviting to spend time outdoors observing valleys and mountains, while listening to the water and enjoying sunrise and sunset. Switzerland, Vico Morcote, a small part in the Canton where Lugano is located, the ideal place to find the flows of life affected by the routine. The dwelling built in this magic place immediately gives a sense of welcome, it amazes for the taste of its furnishing and details, for the balanced contrast of the wood on a complex but balanced building.

Ideas of living

We started from a long research for biocompatible materials. We did not know Fiemme Tremila, so we spent an entire weekend in Fiemme valley to discover this product. At the end, the choice was for a dark parquet, because with large windows and natural light, it was the best solution to give to the place a warm and welcoming touch.

Fiemme Tremila oak is brightened by bronze tones, exalting the warmth and the brightness of the wood, combining with lighter stripes: the floor here is not only part of the finishing, but it becomes one of the protagonists of the indoor, and also the staircase is built with the same essence. Bronzo, knot-free oak from Boschi di Fiemme collection, combined with the large windows and the natural light, gives to the place a warm and welcoming touch.
